Metamorphosis’ “Beauty Bank” Membership FAQ
The membership program starts the day that your membership fee is charged to your card. Memberships renews automatically each month. Membership commitment is 6 months.
THEY ARE FREE! No injection fees are ever charged. You make a monthly deposit into your “Beauty Bank” wallet & apply it to your services & products when you come in for your treatments. To start the program we will need to charge your first month's payment.
Your monthly membership payments will be billed on the same day each month as your first payment.
Well, we will miss you, but you continue to make deposits & your Beauty Bank grows. Complimentary services must be used monthly & cannot be banked.
You can enjoy additional discounts with Alle, Aspire & Experience.

Your Beauty Bank funds can be used on any service &/or products we offer at Metamorphosis.
So many! The Beauty Bank helps you budget for your beauty needs. By depositing a set amount each month, you can avoid the sticker shock when you make larger purchases such as Botox or filler.
Absolutely! We can customize your Beauty Bank to fit all your beauty needs.
You will simply pay the difference at your appointment.
The Beauty Bank is not a finance program, but we do offer Cherry Financing.
You may cancel the membership at any time with a 30 day written notice after the initial 6 months. If you cancel you be unable to re-enroll for a minimum period of 3 months.
Member treatments must be redeemed by the member only and may not be shared, or transferred to another person.
