Metamorphosis Holistic MedSpa, PLLC is owned by me, Aesthetic Nurse and Master Injector, Christopher J. Kepler, BS, LPN.
10 years of experience as a nurse and in the past 4 years have received specialized training and certifications in several of the top aesthetic procedures. I will be working under the Medical Direction of Desiree Wood, ARNP. We are excited to combine our years of experiences to grow this MedSpa that is centered on a unique holistic approach allowing our patients to focus more on their self-care.
Dr. Desiree Wood, DNP, ARNP, AGPCNP-BC is a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in adult/acute care medicine.
She is a certified Allergan/Merz aesthetic provider with an interest in holistic health with a focus on providing clients with the ability to look and feel their best. Dr. Des is the Medical Director of Metamorphosis Holistic MedSpa and owner of West Seattles’s Seattle Beauty.

Customized Treatment Plans
The aesthetic treatment process is a personal journey for each of our patients. Regardless of age (pre/rejuvenation), gender (male, female, trans and non-binary), or race, we take the time to create customized treatment plans through listening and understanding each of our patients personal needs and goals. Our team’s focus is to help reduce the “anxiety” around treatments by educating our patients on the intrinsic and extrinsic variables involved in the aging process. Building a strong rapport through open communication helps to successfully understand each of our patient’s needs and goals. We find it important to set clear expectations while delivering top results. We want our patient’s to gain a deeper understanding by taking part in the prevention, correction and maintenance of their care plan.
